About Lauren Posey, DNP, FNP-C
Lauren is a lifelong resident of Virginia. She earned her Associates of Science in Nursing at Frederick Community College, Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Shenandoah University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Shepherd University.
Lauren has primarily worked in the field of oncology, both at INOVA Schar Cancer Institute and Johns Hopkins Medicine- Suburban Hospital. She is bringing a depth of knowledge and genuine empathy and compassion to her role at Endoscopic Wellness Center of America.
Lauren is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology.
Lauren believes a work/life balance is integral to wellness. In addition to practicing the art and science of medicine, she enjoys tending to her flower garden, kayaking, restoring furniture and playing on her all-female pool league.
She is excited to grow and learn from the amazing physicians and staff at EWLCA as she embarks on this new phase of her career.
