Am I a suitable candidate for these procedures?
During the consultation, our medical team will evaluate you and your past medical history to determine the safest and most effective procedure for you.
You may be a candidate if:
Diet and exercise alone have not been effective for your weight loss
You continue to gain weight or cannot keep the weight off
You are at risk of certain chronic health issues, like Type 2 diabetes, due to your weight
Unlike other weight loss surgeries, our procedures can be recommended if your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or higher. In comparison, most other weight loss surgeries require you to have a BMI of at least 40.
What payment options do I have?
Insurance does not cover endobariatric weight loss procedures. If you need financing, you may apply for Care Credit (check the “Financing” tab to route you to the website where you may submit an application). Payments can also be made via credit card, debit card, cash, or check.
